Position Overview
XTEL is looking for a Technical Solution Enablement Lead to lead technical enablement for internal and partner field teams, including solution architects, technical consultants, and partner engineers.
The role will ensure that these teams can design, implement, and support XTEL solutions consistently and at scale. It will also connect technical enablement with XTEL’s solution strategy, go-to-market priorities, and delivery methodology, helping teams and partners execute successfully in real-world enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Engineering, Professional Services, Solution Engineering, and the instructional design team to define the technical capabilities required by field and partner roles.
Own technical enablement programs for pre-sales and post-sales teams, including implementation blueprints, demo environments, integration patterns, and technical readiness materials for new solution launches.
Translate XTEL’s product capabilities, solution offerings, delivery methodology, and go-to-market priorities into practical learning paths, playbooks, and certifications.
Coordinate hands-on labs, bootcamps, workshops, and certifications for technical field roles and partners.
Curate and maintain a repository of reference architectures, configuration examples, technical FAQs, and other reusable technical resources.
Support technical onboarding and readiness programs for systems integrators and delivery partners, ensuring they can execute projects to XTEL standards.
Act as the feedback loop from field teams and partners into Engineering, Product, and Curriculum on recurring technical blockers, deployment friction, support trends, and knowledge gaps.
Collaborate with the Field Enablement Lead – Functional to ensure that technical and functional learning journeys are aligned.
Partner with the Learning Management System Platform Lead to deliver and track technical learning paths for relevant personas.
Stay close to live projects through selected implementation and solution design engagements, using field experience to improve enablement content and delivery practices.
Track the effectiveness of technical enablement through certification and completion rates, time to productivity, deployment quality, time to go-live, support case trends, and partner performance.
Qualifications
5+ years in solutions architecture, PS, technical pre-sales, or technical enablement in enterprise SaaS.
Strong understanding of integration patterns, data flows, security, and enterprise IT environments.
Experience working with/through partners and system integrators is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills; able to bridge business and technical audiences.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
Nice to Have
Experience with revenue management, trade promotion management, pricing, claims and deductions, retail execution, or other CPG commercial processes.
Experience with XTEL or a competing revenue management or enterprise SaaS platform.
Experience with certification programs, learning management systems, or instructional design.
Experience enabling systems integrators and global delivery partners.
Experience using generative AI to accelerate content creation and enablement delivery.
Additional European languages.
Working Model
This is a fully remote role based in either the United States or European Union. The role requires collaboration with colleagues, partners, and customers across North America and Europe, with occasional travel for key enablement events, partner onboarding sessions, and team meetings.
