Position Overview
The Field Enablement Lead - Technical leads technical enablement for internal and partner field teams (solution architects, technical consultants, partner engineers), ensuring they can design, implement, and support XTEL solutions consistently and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Engineering, PS, and the Instructional Designer – Engineering to define the technical capabilities required by field and partner roles.
Own technical enablement programs for pre-sales and post-sales roles (e.g., implementation blueprints, demo environments, integration patterns).
Coordinate hands-on labs, bootcamps, and certifications for technical field roles and partners.
Act as the feedback loop from field/partners into Engineering and Curriculum on recurring technical blockers or knowledge gaps.
Collaborate with LMS Platform Lead to deliver and track technical learning paths for relevant personas.
Curate and maintain a repository of reference architectures, configuration examples, and technical FAQs used in deals and deployments.
Support partner technical onboarding and readiness programs, ensuring partners can execute projects to XTEL standards.
Track efficacy of programs through deployment quality, time-to-go-live, support case patterns, and partner performance.
Qualifications
5–10+ years in solutions architecture, PS, technical pre-sales, or technical enablement in enterprise SaaS.
Strong understanding of integration patterns, data flows, security, and enterprise IT environments.
Experience working with/through partners and system integrators is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills; able to bridge business and technical audiences.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
