Position Overview
We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial Strategic Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business growth and expand XTEL’s presence across the Americas. This role is ideal for a strategic, consultative seller experienced in value-led enterprise sales especially within Data, RGM, or Trade Promotions technology.
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature and play a key role in shaping XTEL’s continued expansion in the region.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition
Identify, engage, and convert new enterprise clients that can benefit from XTEL’s RGM and TPx solutions.
Build and maintain a deep pipeline through proactive prospecting and market intelligence.
Value‑Driven & Consultative Selling
Lead complex sales cycles, positioning XTEL’s platform through a strong ROI and value‑delivery narrative.
Translate client challenges into tailored solution proposals aligned with strategic business goals.
Client Relationship Management
Build trusted relationships with senior executives, commercial leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders within target organizations.
Serve as a strategic advisor and subject‑matter expert on RGM and trade optimization.
Market & Industry Expertise
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive insights within the RGM/TPx ecosystem.
Use your market understanding to elevate client conversations and refine sales strategies.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience from first contact to implementation.
Provide client insights to internal teams to support product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
Sales Performance
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Contribute to the overall commercial growth strategy for the Americas region.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven record of closing complex, high‑value deals.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable operating autonomously, identifying opportunities, and driving initiatives from concept to execution.
Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to sell to senior executives and navigate large, matrixed organizations.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of data analytics, revenue growth management, trade promotions, or related commercial disciplines.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Consultative Approach: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering impactful, client‑centric solutions.
Self‑Driven: Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
