Business Analyst
Role Overview
Contribute to the successful delivery of Sales Transformation programs by championing an innovative, agile delivery approach and ensuring the deployment of state‑of‑the‑art Revenue Management solutions for global CPG clients. You will partner closely with customers to understand their business needs, translate them into functional designs, and guide the end‑to‑end implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Champion and promote an agile, innovative delivery model that ensures high‑quality technology solutions for Sales Transformation initiatives.
Lead client workshops to gather requirements, perform functional analysis, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Define functional specifications, contribute to solution design, and provide development estimates for specific enhancements.
Ensure ISO 27001 controls, information security, and data protection principles are correctly implemented throughout project phases.
Understand the solution modules to be implemented and configure the setup options to meet client requirements.
Contribute to the creation of the Functional Blueprint, produce detailed configuration documentation, and develop effort estimates for implementation tasks.
Guide customers through UAT planning, execution, and acceptance activities.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to gather feedback on solution adoption and support product evolution.
Ensure complete and accurate handover documentation for the Application Maintenance & Support team.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Experience conducting functional workshops and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end delivery: mobilization, process design, configuration/customization, testing, integration, data migration, deployment, and change management.
Ability to work effectively with both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
Knowledge of FMCG/CPG processes (Trade Promotion Management, Retail Execution, Sales Force Automation) is a plus.
Familiarity with PL/SQL and ETL tools.
Strong client‑centric mindset with creative problem‑solving and solid presentation capabilities.
Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
