Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Specialist to join our team. As an expert in instructional design and digital pedagogy, you will be responsible for producing engaging and effective digital learning content that meets high educational standards. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to transform complex concepts into accessible digital learning experiences, leveraging a wide array of multimedia and technology tools

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop online courses and eLearning modules that engage diverse learner audiences.
• Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and outcomes.
• Create high-quality instructional materials, including videos, animations, interactive quizzes, and other digital activities.
• Manage the integration and administration of content within a learning management system (LMS) to track and deliver training programs.
• Ensure that all digital learning solutions are systematic, scalable, and adhere to recognized pedagogical standards.
• Continuously assess and update course content based on learner feedback and analytics.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in digital learning to ensure our learning programs reflect best practices in learning approaches, content and delivery.
• Fluent business English language capability

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in instructional design methodologies and formal qualifications or certifications in the field, preferred.
• Experience working across all areas of the business, including technical training, and proven track record in creating technical, business, and SI partner training courses
• Demonstrable experience in designing and developing comprehensive eLearning content.
• Proficiency in industry-standard eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline (or Articulate 360), Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• 
  
• Strong multimedia development skills, including video editing, basic HTML/CSS, and graphic design principles.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Quest 360 Learning platform 
• Familiarity with LMS administration and integration, as well as SCORM/AICC standards.

Location Preferences:

XTEL has offices in Bologna, Italy, and Leuven, Belgium, and offers hybrid work arrangements. While we prioritize candidates based in these locations, we are open to considering full remote opportunities for candidates located within the EMEA region.
