RGM Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at XTEL, you will be pivotal in ensuring our clients achieve their business objectives by leveraging our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Analytics solutions. You will partner with clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored strategies, and drive the adoption of our solutions to maximize value realization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to establish and maintain strong relationships with key account contacts.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend tailored solutions.
- Develop customized RGM/Analytics strategies based on client needs and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement RGM/Analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Analyze client data, market trends, and competitive insights to provide actionable recommendations for revenue growth.
- Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations and actionable plans for clients.
- Support clients in implementing changes and adopting new processes, tools, and strategies.
- Provide training and support to client teams to ensure successful adoption and utilization of RGM/Analytics solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess client health and discuss strategic goals.
- Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
- Present tailored solutions to clients that align with their evolving needs and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years experience from CPG companies
- Including minimum of 3 years in RGM role, Key account management, or a related field in the retail sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Good understanding of RGM/Analytics solutions and industry best practices.
- Support client engagement, optimize solution performance, ensure client proficiency, and foster strong client relationships.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
