Position Overview
Are you a resourceful individual ready to make an impact? We're seeking an efficient and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Specialist to cover maternity leave in Bologna. In this hybrid role, working both remotely and in the office, you'll be pivotal in streamlining our recruitment process. We need someone who is not only organized and accurate but can also juggle multiple priorities with ease. You'll be a fast and effective communicator who genuinely cares about candidates and is eager to create an exceptional experience for them. Key Responsibilities
- System and ATS Management: Prepare and post job requisitions on Teamtailor, publish job ads on LinkedIn, and ensure our applicant tracking system is up-to-date.
- Proactive Sourcing: Actively source and engage potential candidates on LinkedIn to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Candidate Management & Assessment: Screen applications, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews. Maintain clear communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Administrative Support: Collect necessary documents for new hires, assist with intern activation, and support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Proficient in both English and Italian, with the ability to work comfortably in both languages.
- At least 2+ year of experience in recruitment or HR, including interviewing candidates, coordinating recruitment processes, and developing sourcing techniques.
- Knowledge of the tech market and a passion for tech recruitment.
- Comfortable using advanced applicant tracking systems (e.g., TeamTailor, Greenhouse, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience using TeamTailor ATS is a big plus.
- A master’s degree in HR management or Talent Acquisition.
Transversal skills:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, building rapport with candidates and team members.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude focused on consistently seeking ways to enhance processes, meet targets, and improve efficiency while meeting deadlines.
